Members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church are busy getting a float ready for the Outlook Centennial Parade on Saturday, August 2 at 10 am. They are also putting on a beef on a bun supper on Saturday.
A number of present and former parishioners will be providing entertainment throughout the weekend. Arlen Salte is coming back and is featured at 1:15 on Sunday. Some of our parishioners are in the community choir which performs both before and after Arlen Salte. John Linsley entertains at 5:30 on Saturday followed by Wilho and Audrey Kako. The Haug Sisters sing at 4 on Sunday and Garson Chan performs at 6:30. In the evening at 10:30 a fantastic fireworks display off Skytrail will be put on by LCBI Alumnus, Les Engen.
You are more than welcome to come and worship with us at 10:00 on Sunday morning. If you haven't already done so, it would be a great time to tour our church. You should also be able to make it to the Pancake breakfast at the RecPlex following church.
