Dedication Service - April 20

Approximately 340 people came out for the Dedication Service on Sunday, April 20th.  The weather was less than ideal but it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd.  However, the procession did not start outside as planned.

The sanctuary was full.

Pr. Roger Haugen, assistant to Bishop Cindy Halmarson, brought greetings from the Bishop and the Saskatchewan Synod.

Cindi Akre, Pres. of LCBI,  brought greetings.

Glen Erlandson represented Faith Parish which includes Our Saviour's, Green Valley and Saskatchewan River churches.

Pr. Barry Friesen of the United Church, brought greetings on behalf of the Outlook Ministerial.

The Town of Outlook was represented by Mayor Bob Stephenson.

Tony Peter, Chairman of the building committee, thanked all the people who made this church a reality.

Rick Stalwick, Project manager, Bob Glaspy, Site manager and Obert Friggstad, architect, were given special recognition for their special efforts.

Garth Weiterman, chairman of Bethlehem Lutheran Church Council, chaired the program.


Coffee and Fellowship Time was enjoyed by all!

Dedication Service

Just a reminder that our Dedication Service is this Sunday, April 20, at 2:30 pm.  The service will start outside, weather permitting.  Handicapped people will be permitted to be seated earlier if they are not able to stand outside for a short time.  Coffee and Fellowship will follow.
We will still have our regular 9 am service followed by Sunday School at 10 am.  The 11:15 service has been cancelled.
Everybody is welcome!  Hope to see you there!
